My Story

Born to carry
light.

My mother — a botanist with a PhD — named me Sandeep. In Punjabi, it means bringer of light. She and my father left India as teenagers and built a life from very little. They did not call themselves brave. They simply moved toward what could sustain a family, and did what the moment required.

Thirty years of working life took me across five sectors, two billion-dollar brands, an MBA at UCLA, a marriage, two daughters, a firing that became a lesson, and eventually — to the work I was always meant to do.

I work at the intersection of leadership and strategy. I build the trust that makes strategy possible. And I create the conditions where leaders and organizations stop performing and start choosing how they win — from who they actually are.

Friend first. Advisor always.

My Philosophy
Sandeep.
Punjabi · Sanskrit origin

From sam (completely) + deepa (lamp, light). One who carries light into a room. Given by a botanist who spent her life studying what keeps living things alive.

From $500M companies to mission-driven organizations, founder-led startups, and family businesses three generations deep.

"If something here resonated for you — I would be glad to have a conversation."
